The Hands of Fate
All is well on the world of ATOLL. The TAPESTRY OF FATE AND TIME has been returned to the FATES. Evil has been vanquished, or at least contained. Heroes rest from their mighty deeds. Outside the TIME STREAM of the world sits THE ISLE OF WINDEN, home to the COUNCIL OF WIZARDS, the group of powerful magi that seek to elevate the heroes of Atoll to the status of THE GUARDIANS OF THE FLAME. But before that can happen, ELLADONNA, the leader of the Council of Wizards, and MARCUS, her colleague, will ahve to decide upon a test ... not to mention tie up a few loose threads ... or at least one very loose thread.
